The lies that I was fed
Rattle round in my head
It’s hard to sift through the bullshit
It took a while to get out
But I could tell that it was going south
I never meant for it to end up like this
It’s Friday night
So let’s raise hell
And we can get saved on Sunday morning
Who’s to say what’s right
Sin’s just a made up word
To keep us in line
I tried to swim but drowned
Poured myself out and filled up again
I paid the bill but it only left me spent
The mistakes that I have made
I’ve got no one but myself to blame
Whatever hell I’ve found I will be god damned to burn in it
It’s Friday night
So let’s raise hell
And we can get saved on Sunday morning
Who’s to say what’s right
Sin’s just a made up word
To keep us in line
After all is said and done
I can’t be the only one
After all that’s said and done
I can’t be the only one
I can’t be the only one
I can’t be the only one
It’s Friday night
So let’s raise hell
And we can get saved on Sunday morning
Who’s to say what’s right
Sin’s just a made up word
To keep us in line
