Years go by like a silver bullet
Six feet deep and I’m left for dead
I never wanted to be a burden
To anybody that cared
I can’t think about that now
I’ve got to live for me and mine
But the more I wait I can’t help but feeling
Positively negative, I’m always so damn negative
I’m twenty nine and I can feel the decline
From my youthful days to my haunted nights
I don’t think I’ll ever have the time
To slow on down
I wasn’t always wandering around
Not distinguishing right from wrong
I knew the cost of my silver bullet
Now it’s time to pay up, I guess it’s time to pay up
I’m twenty nine and I can feel the decline
From my youthful days to my haunted nights
I don’t think I’ll ever have the time
To slow on down
I’m not falling down
Till that last bottle hits the ground
I’m not falling down
Till that last bottle hits the ground
Hits the ground
I’m twenty nine and I can feel the decline
From my youthful days to my haunted nights
I don’t think I’ll ever have the time
To slow on down, I can’t slow down
